Diary of the Wimpy Kid is about a kid living his life in the novel. He tells ow he survives with teachers,parents,book reports,swim classes, and his brother.
His brother is nasty mean and stupid and messes with him every day. Book reports is a problem to he never starts them or completes them. Swim classes. He wants to get out of swim classes because its so cold.

Diary of a Wimpy Kid Rodrick Rules is very funny because it is about a kid named Gregory that writes in his journal but people mistake it as being a diary, well on to details. This book is funny because it tell some things that are funny about Gregory's life. It also tells about how Gregory survives his brother Rodrick his brother Rodrick has done a lot of mean things to Gregory for example when Rodrick goes and pick up Gregory from swimming classes in his band van he makes Gregory go in the back were all the band equipment is so Gregory could get hurt. Also one time Rodrick was pretending sick so Rodrick and Gregory's parents leave them alone in the house and Rodrick starts a party and locks Gregory in the basement during the party and when it's over he makes Gregory help him clean up. The worst part is if Gregory doesn't listen Rodrick would tell everyone Gregory's secrets. Well there are a lot more things to talk about but i don't want to write to much but I do recommend that book if you want to read a funny story.
Read this book and you will laugh hard when you read a funny part there are a lot funny parts to read hope you enjoy when you read this book.
